Collection contains two copies of the REPORT ON WORK OF THE COMMITTEE ON STANDARDIZATION. The report describes the organization of the J. Walter Thompson Company, the functions of its departments, recommended training courses of employees in each department, and personal and educational characteristics sought in new employees. A memorandum noting some of the changes in the revised report is also included in the series. Acquired as part of the John W. Hartman Center for Sales, Advertising & Marketing History.
